"This IS the best sequel to a comic book movie. Ever. "

Spider-man 2 probably doesn't need this review to tell you how good it is, cuz when you go to the theater and see it, you won't be disappointed! I can use exclaimation points throughout this entire review to fully express how awesome this movie was! I might even concede that it was even better than the first!

So the story goes like this! Almost two-years later, Peter is struggling in college, Mary Jane has begun a stellar entertainment career, Harry is slowly taking his father's place in the company, and Aunt May's about to lose her home. The Daily Bugle continues to portray Spider-man as a menace and Peter's at the end of his rope as Spider-man.

Harry has teamed up with Doctor Octavious who has an invention that will solve the world's energy problems. His cracked FUSION technology. However, when his experiments go awry, Octavious is transformed into a man-machine and the four arms used in the experiment are fused to his body and their programming takes over his mind.

Despite the innocent people killed, including his wife, Octavious is determined to see his work succeed. Meanwhile, Harry is obsessed with his father's death and pressures Peter into revealing Spider-man's identity to him.

Peter has other things to deal with on top of that. Peter wants very much to stop being Spider-man and go after the things in life he'd rather have, specifically, Mary Jane. So, when Peter's powers begin to fail him, he finally gives up the costume and his responsibilties.

What happens from here? You don't need to know. Instead, stand-up, find some money, and go see it. If you already have (and I'm sure everybody will, it's so awesome), then you don't need to know what happens next. You already do. And you would agree that Spider-man is a non-stop thrill ride and emotionally charged movie you can't miss.

Exceptional! Unbelieveable! Spider-man 2 delivers laughs, action, and a very good time at the movies. The fights between Doc Ock and Spidey keep you on the edge of your seat. If I had ordered popcorn, it would have been sprayed all over the place. I was sweating! The suspense was so incredible! This is the best movie I've seen all year! If we had A+++ ratings this would get it.
